The Disposvape L-Pod Kit is an AIO Pod.  It is capapble of a maximum of 20watts which indicates low wattage and mouth-to-lung use. 
This generally means that it is more suited for higher PG content eliquids.  So yes, The device is designed for Nicotine Salts.
