Shipping & Returns
We simply have a flat rate fee of $4.50 for all orders (Saturday delivery is additional $5), this includes a non-signature overnight courier sent by New Zealand Couriers (www.nzcouriers.co.nz).
All New Zealand domestic parcels are sent by New Zealand Couriers (www.nzcouriers.co.nz), orders are despatched daily at 3pm. Overnight delivery is expected but not guaranteed. Saturday deliveries need to be ordered through our website before 1pm Friday, orders between 1pm and 5pm cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that orders paid via Bank Deposit / Internet Banking or Juice orders that require customised mixing require an additional 24 hours processing time.
Pickups are welcome from the Hamilton area, simply pick up from our Hamilton location at 419 Grey Street, Hamilton East.
International Orders are sent either via DHL or New Zealand Post. This is confirmed at the time of order.
Tracking numbers are provided with every order and are emailed to you as it happens.
Goods damaged during shipping to your location should have their photo taken and included as an attachment in an email. This email should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of the items that got damaged, and we will arrange to have a new item sent out to you ASAP.
If products that are faulty on arrival, or product failure occurs earlier than one would expect, then please get in contact with us and we can arrange to replace your unit or send it away for repair and arrange to a new device sent to you, or a suitable replacement. Otherwise, a store credit can be organised.
It is your responsibility to pay the courier fee to send any items back to us, and we will send it back to you for no cost.
We accept returns on goods not damaged or used within 14 days of purchasing. 2.5% transaction fee applies on refunded goods.
If you wish to return a product to us, it is your responsibility to pay the courier fee to us.
