Faulty product

I ordered four of these and one of them was faulty. There was a tiny size difference which meant that the glass wasn't making a proper seal with the o-rings and caused a leak over time. I swapped to one of the other ones and the problem went away. Since they are so cheap I didn't bother returning it.
For anyone else purchasing them just be aware that if you come across a leak, it's most likely the glass and you may want to purchase more than one.
