Vape Drop

Would you like to have your vape gear delivered to your house or work? Vape Drop is designed so that is a possibility. Simply order through our website and we will drop your order off at your house within the hour (on average about 20-30 minutes).

Vape Drop used to be run separately from www.vapedrop.co.nz, but it is now integrated into our website for a more seamless shopping experience.

Currently, our Vape Drop service is only operating within Hamilton, Monday to Friday, from 10 am until 6 pm. We are looking to expand this into Auckland in the near future.

Can I get you to leave my order somewhere I specify at my property?
No sorry, we must deliver it to a person who is 18+ of age

How do you make sure somebody under the age of 18 is not ordering?
Upon creating an order, you need to tick to confirm that you or the person you are getting the delivery sent to is 18+ years of age. We will also check the ID of the recipient.

Can I pay with cash or EFTPOS?
No sorry, you will need to pay electronically via one of our many online payment solutions.

What happens if I missed the driver knocking at the door or I didn't get my order?
We will attempt to contact you to reorganise a time/location to drop off. If we cannot get hold of you, then we request that you contact us so we can get your order to you.

Will you deliver to my work or a public place?
Yes, we can deliver to any valid Address

What happens if something goes wrong with my device or equipment after being delivered?
Please contact us or take your device into your nearest Vape Shed physical store.

When will you be operating in my area?
We are looking to push VapeDrop out to as many locations nationwide. Be sure to keep checking back and be sure to like our Facebook page to keep up to date with new locations where we offer this service.

Can the delivery driver help fix my vape or set it up for me?
We may be able to help with quick/and or obvious problems and give advice. However, please keep in mind for the safety of our delivery drivers, they are not permitted to enter inside your private residence.
